Application for Benevolence Assistance

Salt City Church's benevolence ministry exists to provide temporary financial assistance to individuals and families facing unexpected hardships or emergencies. We desire to show Christ's love in practical ways during difficult times.

This fund is intended to help with immediate, short-term needs such as utilities, food, or medical expenses.

Households may receive assistance up to two times per calendar year, though special circumstances may be considered.

Assistance is provided based on available resources and is typically a one-time gift.

All information you provide will be kept confidential and reviewed by our benevolence team. We will ask for documentation (such as bills or invoices) to ensure funds are directed appropriately. 

Payments are made directly to service providers rather than to individuals.

A brief phone interview will be required as part of the application process. This allows us to better understand your situation and explore additional resources that may be helpful to you.

Our goal is not only to provide financial help but to connect you with additional resources and support that may be available through our church and within the BCS community. Please complete this application honestly and thoroughly. We will review your request and contact you within 2-3 business days.
