Strengths- things you do well
Weakness- things you want to improve in

1 Cor 12:4-11, Romans 12:3-8, 1 Peter 4:10-11, Ephesians 4:11

This next section asks a variety of questions that might seem rather personal. Be reminded that for those that are in Christ, we have been washed (1 Cor 6) and made clean in Him. However, we also know that the enemy wants to take us out (1 Peter 5) and that we all have struggles, and areas in our lives that the Lord is sanctifying us.
We ask these questions, not to condemn, but instead to be able to fight for one another effectively as we seek to follow Jesus together.
Also, the following list isn’t exclusively sins that we commit, but perhaps wounds or struggles that are a part of our experience.

Examples: Prayer, Bible reading, worship, meditation on scripture, silence (listening), fasting, confession, thanksgiving, accountability etc.

* College Salt Community Groups aren’t intergenerational but could be multiethnic

Your personal following of Jesus is far more important to us than any benefit you provide to our church. Because of this, your personal capacity to carry leadership responsibilities is very important to think through and understand. We will ask you to make a commitment and sacrifice when leading.

Please list the names of your Salt Community Group Leaders

"Above reproach" is not limited to the following areas, but are some cultural expectations for our particular context/community.
